As a part of our commitment to building the best Arizona together, the Arizona Commerce Authority and Center for the Future of Arizona worked together to define a set of widely accepted job creation indicators to support the efforts of those creating jobs and growing Arizona’s economy. Endorsed by more than 30 economic, business and workforce organizations across Arizona, the Job Creation Progress Meter measures our state’s progress, celebrates our successes, and generates ideas for action. The indicators, as listed below, provide information about job growth, innovation, and overall economic health of our state and its communities. This is information that all Arizonans should care deeply about because it effects everyone who lives and works here.
