Luke Thrasher

During his undergraduate studies, Luke worked for three years as a Student Administrative Support Assistant at the Center for Astronomical Adaptive Optics (CAAO) at the University of Arizona. He has experience processing expense and travel reimbursements for staff and faculty, and tracking travel expenses for his department.

Luke was born and raised in Sierra Vista and moved to Tucson for college. He has always aspired to work for a nonprofit and apply his accounting degree help his community and the people in it. What excites him most about CFA's mission is making the state he’s lived in his whole life better for the people living in it. Luke’s favorite hobbies are writing and reading. He’s a huge movie and TV lover, and loves seeing a movie at the theater.
